Thank you for supporting the Building Use Request Team in being good stewards of the use of our building!
As a general rule, CVC’s facilities and resources are to be used to support the ministries of Cuyahoga Valley Church. They are not to be used by outside organizations and/or individuals unless an exception has been made by the Building Use Review Team. Any use of CVC’s facilities and resources is subject to the Building Use Policy stated below.
Building Use Policy: All uses of the facilities of Cuyahoga Valley Church (CVC) must be in alignment with CVC’s Statement of Faith. No use of any ministry facilities will be granted to persons or groups holding, advancing, or advocating beliefs or practices that conflict with the ministry’s Statement of Faith. Neither will facility use be approved for activities that conflict with the Statement of Faith, as determined in the sole discretion of the Senior Pastor or his designee which would typically be the Building Use Review Team. Persons or groups who use the facilities of CVC must acknowledge and affirm their understanding of this Statement of Faith.
All Building Use Request forms need to be:
- Completely filled out with all information relating to the event.
- Submitted at least 2 weeks in advance to allow for processing.
- Reviewed by the Building Use Review Team.
Once your Building Use Request has been reviewed, you will be notified whether or not your request has been approved.
PLEASE NOTE: All set up and tear down will be coordinated through the Facility Team and Custodial Staff. It is the responsibility of the group using the space to leave the room as found prior to the event with the Event Sponsor recruiting the appropriate volunteer help.
