2017 BIBLE READING PLAN
All are encouraged to follow along with the CVC Bible Reading this year. Take a look!  It’s available online, through the CVC App, and in the foyer.

STAFF TRANSITION | BRYAN KARAS
Bryan Karas, our Creative Arts Pastor, will be departing our staff after 12 years of ministry with us at Cuyahoga Valley Church.  Bryan has served faithfully in ministry, coordinating and providing direction and discipleship for our young adults and Worship Arts teams.  His passion has been to see people develop their creative giftings, and use them as acts of worship for the glory of God. In discussing future opportunities for ministry at CVC, including an opening in our Young Adult ministry area, it was determined that Bryan was sensing a greater urgency to serve Christ in a more urban ministry environment.

After prayer and consideration, Bryan has accepted a new position with Building Hope in the City, a greater Cleveland urban ministry partner of CVC. He will also be working with Worship Catalyst, helping to disciple worship leaders and team members and resourcing new and developing churches throughout northeast Ohio. We are excited and look forward to partnering in mission and friendship with Bryan and his new roles in ministry in our city.

Bryan’s last day at CVC will be Friday, March 31. We will be honoring him in all services on Sunday, March 26. We are grateful for all of the years of fruitful ministry to young adults in our city, our community, and beyond that have taken place through his years with us.

ELDER | DALE PISCURA
We’re celebrating Dale Piscura’s 16 years as an elder. We’re incredibly grateful for his impactful season of eldering through prayer, teaching, and shepherding.  For the next season, he’s decided to step back from an active elder role. He’ll continue to serve the team as an elder by prayer
