2016 – Stewardship of Life Planning Seminar

Join us on Sunday, April 17 at Cuyahoga Valley Church at 12:30PM or 5PM as we welcome Attorney David Gibbs III, President and Chief Counsel for the National Center for Life and Liberty (NCLL) and Gibbs Law Firm to share with us what everyone needs to know about wills, medical powers of attorney, and general powers of attorney.  A light lunch/dinner will be provided.

Following the seminar, optional 45-minute One-on-One meetings with Jerry Trask will be available to address your personal estate planning situations and to ask any additional questions. Jerry works for the NCLL and is a Financial Planner and Registered Investment Advisor (MS in Accounting and Finance, Enrolled Agent-Licensed by IRS).

The seminar and one-on-one appointments are available with no obligation and without cost.  If you elect to proceed with having a legal document written, you will work through the details directly with the National Center for Life and Liberty. The NCLL has extended discounted pricing to the CVC attenders at the following rates:

  • Stewardship of Life Package (Will, Medical & General Power of Attorney) – $199.99
  • Couples Stewardship of Life Package (2 wills, a Medical and General Power of Attorney for each person) – $299.99

Please complete 3 forms prior to coming to the seminar or appointment – an “Estate Planning Application,” a “Designation of Health Care Power of Attorney Application,” and a “Durable Power of Attorney Application.”  Bring the completed forms to the seminar and appointment. These are available at CVC’s Information Counter or on the CVC website. These completed forms do NOT commit you to anything; however, it will help make your time spent at the seminar and your appointment more productive.
